Our expert team of engineers have all undergone rigorous training and each one is trained and qualified in BS 7036 (Safety at Powered Doors for Pedestrian Use). Our ongoing in-house training and dedicated manufacturer technical support ensures GEZE engineers maintain their position at the forefront of automatic door technology so you can rely on GEZE engineers.

Planned Maintenance
Planned preventative maintenance is a requirement to ensure both the operational performance and safety of your automatic doors. We work closely with our clients to offer a competitive, tailor-made maintenance package.
In accordance with BS 7036 we recommend at least two service visits each year to ensure safe, efficient operation.
We operate 4 levels of planned maintenance contracts and our service team will assist in ensuring you choose the contract level that correct for your equipment.
* 2 service visits per annum
** 2 service visits per annum plus a maximum of 8 re-active call outs within one continuous year.
*** 2 service visits per annum plus any replacement parts
**** Fully comprehensive cover – 2 service visits, replacement parts and all reactive call outs within one continuous year
