Retrofitting suitable door and window technology is essential for promoting sustainable building renovation and creating intelligent, future-proof buildings.

Networked technical building systems enable sustainable, efficient and comfortable building operation for planners, operators and building users.
Open interfaces and Smart Building capability make future-proof planning possible with GEZE products. Our products can be networked, controlled and integrated into a building automation control system using myGEZE Control. Thanks to the BACnet and/or OPC UA and KNX communication standards, ventilation, doors and fire protection can be controlled centrally. In addition, GEZE currently offers the only Working Group for Machine and Electrical Engineering in State and Municipal Non-residential Construction (AMEV) test certificate for the integrated networking of doors and windows.
